Sectional Title Management – ACCOUNTING
Accounting is carried out up to Balance Sheet on Pastel Accounting packages.
Financial reports are sent to the Scheme Executives as requested.
Levy statements are sent out timeously and defaulters are dealt with in terms of the Scheme Rules and the Regulations. Bank accounts are managed as per the agreement with the Scheme Executives. An annual audit is arranged to be carried out by registered auditors with specialist knowledge of Community Scheme Accounting.
