SECTIONAL TITLE CONDUCT RULES

The Sectional Titles Act (95 of 1986) – as amended – includes “prescribed Conduct Rules, which set out the basic rules for owners and occupiers of a Sectional Title complex.

There are 11 Prescribed Conduct Rules, some of which can be changed and/or added to depending on the requirements of the complex.
